Jasmine Reed The Author: Where is the most interesting place you have held an event?
Adam Afara: Playa del Carmen – Mexico.
Jasmine Reed The Author: What was it like being featured on The Insider?
Adam Afara: I will be designing the Hollywood Beauty Awards 2018 and the award will be for the international superstar Britney Spears.
Jasmine Reed The Author: Can you recommend any event photographers?
Adam Afara: Yes. I plan the whole thing from A to Z and I do travel worldwide.
Jasmine Reed The Author: How do you come up with the concepts for your designs?
Adam Afara: It’s hard to tell; it depends on the situation! When I see a vase, furniture or even a jewelry piece and I like something on it, I draw it right away. Sometime the clients bring some ideas they’d seen before and like.
Jasmine Reed The Author: What was it like meeting Waed?
Adam Afara: She’s an amazing person and I like her voice.
Jasmine Reed The Author: What does it take to be a successful event planner?
Adam Afara: The most important thing you need to be is patient with the client. Plus, you need to be creative and love what you’re doing.
Jasmine Reed The Author: What are you planning for 2018?
Adam Afara: I have many things on my list for 2018. I’m working on big projects that are going to enter the Guinness World Records! I’m also working on my own reality show (something about weddings)!
